Just had an appt. today with Dr Corey Rosenbaum, what a fantastic man.. Very pleasant, very cool, and made me feel very comfortable right.away, He told me exactly what was wrong, no break as the ER Dr said, just an avulsion fracture which is a bad sprain. His staff very polite and courteous. You need to.see a Ortho Surgeon for foot or ankle , he's your man.
Here is my story and how I ended up in Dr. Corey S. Rosenbaum’s care: I was recently on vacation from Clearwater visiting friends in St. Augustine. While walking around the city and enjoying the sites, I rolled my ankle stepping off a curb. Down I went - heard the bones break in my right ankle and saw a broken bone protruding from my skin! Dr. Rosenbaum and his staff are top notch! My special needs son had to have complicated foot reconstruction surgery and they were just outstanding! They went out of their way to ensure he was treated so well. He actually liked going back for checkups to see his friends there that were taking such good care of him! It's such a great joy to see him standing up straight for the first time ever! Thank you all SO VERY MUCH!
This is Carol Durrant. I was the actual patient, not my husband John! Anyway, I didn't actually choose Dr. Rosenbaum as my surgery was done through the emergency room, but I couldn't have asked for a more efficient surgeon. With 2 broken ankles, Dr. Rosenbaum managed to stabilize one enough to bear weight and allow me some mobility while the other could not bear weight for 8 weeks.
