You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They were explained, but not thoroughly Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not.
