Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? No, I had to pay for parking! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Was this provider friendly? Polite Enough Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment!

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes. Everything was recently upgraded

Made me pay OUT OF POCKET for the visit because there was "no medical finding" -- this after my GP sent me to her because of dizziness and blurred vision. Sounds like a convenient way to make more money. Total scam. Will avoid in the future.
