After I arrived on time for my appointment, I had to wait a long time. The staff provided no explanation for the delay. All patients seemed to have long, unexplained waits. The doctor was running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I was left alone in the appointment room for quite a while. However, I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
