One of the best Doctors I’ve ever seen. Dr. Dean performed a lumber decompression surgery on me on 10/31/2018 at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore. He’s friendly, takes to explain things to me with diagrams. He answered all my questions professionally. I will recommend Dr a million times to anyone who needs his MRI seen for treatment options. Now I’m looking for him and can’t find him.
Had surgery scheduled for August 31. He postponed until September 7th. Then canceled completely and left me hanging. Now no where to be found.
Thank you Dr. Dean YOU are the man because of my neck surgery I am able to walk 🥇
Dr Dean and his staff were polite and courteous. Staff explained the process and took time to answer any questions as did Dr Dean.
I give two stars because Dr. Dean is GREAT, we seen him when he was at Mercy, but now at Medstar it has taken me almost two months to schedule an appointment and still nothing, the first call i made was on 7/10/2022, about a week later the secretary returned my call and had the dr send over an order for an MRI, the MRI was scheduled on 7/12/2022, the results showed up in myPortfolio 7/13/2022, I never received a call to schedule an appointment.
