Very professional and efficient office staff. I highly recommend Dr. Kroodsma, he is an excellent dermatologist and thoroughly discusses treatment options. He is very punctual with appointments.

There was less than 5 minute wait time. Dr. Kroodsma was kind, efficient, thorough and educates about skin conditions well. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very good experience.
Terrible staff, nurses and doctor OK. Doctor Kroodsma was always accurate on the diagnose, I would have keep trying to go to see him if I didn't have to deal with the scheduling and front desk staff they are truly awful, they act as tyrant rulers that own the place and the doctor was lucky to have a job because of them instead of the other way around.
After a stint of very bad health, I am finally feeling better thanks to a cocktail of different medicine. The first thing Dr K said after reviewing my file was "I am so sorry you have had to go through all of this." He was sincere and compassionate. You do not find that response often, especially with Drs who are so short of time. He also answered my questions and helped pinpoint a way to cure my issues. I would recommend him anytime.
Dr Kroodsma was punctual,friendly, intelligent, and took care of all my skin problems. He is very up to date and I trust him completely to care for myself and my family.
Dr Kroodsma seems to be a very knowledgeable doctor and was able to fix my problem where others could not. For that I am appreciative. Both he and his staff were very courteous as well.
