I highly recommend Dr. Prusinski. I’ve had neuropathy pain for many years and have been to many doctors. Dr. Prusinski is the only one who has helped. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring and informative. He always takes the time to listen and answer questions. Great office staff.
I have found Dr. Prusinski to be very methodical in determining the diagnosis, kind, and a good listener. His nurse, Judy, has a compassionate and calming manner and he has a wonderful and efficient office staff. I am most grateful for Dr. Prusinski, he is a blessing for those of us who need his expertise.
The doctor is very good but his receptionist is TERRIBLE. She acts like she is doing you a favor by doing her job and shows contempt at every visit. She doesn't belong in a medical office. No one deserves to be treated that way. I don't trust her and her fake kindness and I'm-barely-tolerating-you behavior reflects poorly on this medical practice.
Dr is good, office staff not so much. They let the phone ring off the hook. Follow through is questionable.
Dr. Prusinski provides exceptional care at every appointment. He’s a very good listener and really cares about his patients. His practice is very organized and his staff is so friendly. He is a valuable asset to the Space Coast.
Dr. Prusinski's care is an example of excellence. It is of the highest quality. Unfortunately, his staff is not as skilled as he is. They show patient's contempt and lack empathy.

Dr Prusinski is a very caring and compassionate doctor. I’ve always felt confident with his decisions and care. He goes above and beyond to investigate all treatment options. His staff is so organized and friendly as well. Brevard County is lucky to have him.
I am a physician. My experience is that the primordial attribute of a good physician is compassion. The other things follow: Get the history. Do the exam. Do the lab and imaging. Get the diagnosis right—then any fool can look up the treatment. Dr Prusinski really cares. That is why I choose him as my neurologist and drive 40 miles to see him. He is the best. Highly Recommend.
