This was my first visit to this office after recently moving to the area, so I was a bit nervous about what to expect upon my arrival. However, everyone I met at the office, from Debby at the front desk, to Sandra, my dental hygienist, to the dentist, Christopher Cook, was friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and really put me at ease. Would it be possible to discount your services for patients, like me, who don't have dental insurance? Insurance companies pay much less than the amount billed, yet patients without insurance are required to pay the full amount billed. This seems unfair. Payment plans are not really the answer. Anyway, just my thoughts.
