He has removed wisdom teeth for 2 of my daughters and other procedures for 2 of my other kids. He is fantastic and his office staff called us a few hours after each procedure to see how things were going. He has always been frank and forthright with us when discussing treatment and I appreciate that! When my insurance changed I was devastated, I like him so much that I am changing my insurance so he can take out my son's wisdom teeth!
Dr. Elzie always takes the time to talk to our children, us and examine them with care. He listens well and is thorough at each visit.
I have anxiety around dentists and a very complex medical history which makes my treatment difficult. Dr. Pijut helped me determine the best treatment plan for my personal needs. He was patient and spoke to me in terms I could understand and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me or inflating my fees. He did everything he could to make me comfortable before and after my procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Pijut.
Absolutely phenomenal!! My son is 17 and was pretty nervous. Dr Pijut was so caring and sweet to him and put him at ease. He even wheeled him out to the car afterward himself. :). Office staff was excellent as well. Timely, informative and no hassle getting an appointment. Very happy with our experience and would highly recommend!!!
Dr. Elzie feels like a member of our family. He is kind and makes children feel very comfortable. He takes the time to explain things and that makes me happy as a parent.
I had an issue with this office, the first in 7 years. They did not want to accept responsibility but finally paid the charge after being rude (Julie and Lori). After this was settled, Dr. Elzie, the man I have entrusted my children's care to sent me a letter. I will never recommend him. "It has become apparent that you have needs and expectations for your children's medical care that we are not able to meet. Therefore I am withdrawing myself from your children's medical care."
Rude and arrogant. Staff is fine. As others have mentioned, if he doesn't want to do your surgery that day, he will cancel for inconsequential reasons and you foot the bill. Argumentative.
Friendly staff, bad Oral Surgeon with no bedside manner. Ridiculous and rigid preop requirements with no scientific or medical backing. Cancels your appointment and charges you $200. Dr spent 5 minutes in exam and didn't explain any of the procedure or what to expect or if I should stop taking a medication with known interactions with the iv sedatives. Tech has you sign a preop instructions sheet but never goes over it, again, especially when it comes to medicine.
From the front to the back and the doctor they were all amazing. They were patient and friendly.
