I went in to see Dr. Eros for a pap,blood work & to address ovarian pain. She walked in with her laptop open asked a few questions typed in laptop didn't answer any of questions, did the pap walked out without a word to me. I got dressed and waited for about 10 min thinking she was coming back to address my problem with the ovary and give me the orders for the blood work up but she never came back. Wow, sorry to see the bad comments. Dr. Eros is one of the best doctors I have ever had! She is very quick and accurate with her diagnosis. Always friendly and beyond accommodating. I have asked several questions and always receive good answers. The exam rooms are always spotless and the staff if always cheerful. If you need a friend to talk to for extended time, try a forum. If a doctor had time to chat with everyone, they'd only get to see a few patients a day. Sorry you had a bad experience-- I'd say that is it very rare ... read more
Dr. was rude and personally insulting. Did not go into detail regarding my issue no matter how many questions I tried to ask. Did not seem sympathetic to my concerns and shoved me right along to the next doctor. Room was dirty and had previous "specimen" next to table. Overall a very uncomfortable experience.
She rushed in to the room didn't even introduce herself. She was non-friendly. "Why did you come in today?" "What's your problem?". I explained why I wanted to see the doctor, because of a discoloration on my back. She quickly prescribed a creme.I asked what's the reason for he discoloration? She said, it happens! I asked why the creme is for. She said it might be a fungal growth. I said how she can make sure. Anyway, she didn't explain why, didn't explain possible reasons.
