Dr Eros has been my Physician since my first appointment in 2006. The discovery was Malignant Melanoma. A whopper of a first visit! She has been excellent and concerned for my well being through out the management of my care with various other specialists and setting up my referrals. When I have an appointment with her, I get to converse on an intelligent level and exchange of thoughts with her. Yes she has her laptop as if glued to the hip, but I don't mind, because it means to me that she is just being thorough with my med... read more

I love this office! I never had a bad time in 10 years. Diagnosis are right on, staff is friendly. People, please keep in mind that doctor offices are businesses, they need to make profits. Selling products and services seems kind of odd at first but come to think of it, there is a lot of money in these non-essential items and why not capitalize on it since potential patients would go elsewhere if they didn't offer it. Also existing patients/customers probably request them. Office and building are brand new. Labs and imaging... read more

I have been seeing dr. eros for several years. In the past year it seems that she is more intestested in pitching cleansing products and botox than dispensing medical advice. I think it is sad because I really used to like seeing her.

Double books and had to wait 45 minutes. Makes you sign agreement to pay $50 if you cancel appt and fail to notify within 24 hours. Staff very unfrendly. Doctor Eros spends most of her time with you looking at the computer. Worst of the worst.

I've been with this doctor for several years. The last couple of years the service in the office is not conducive to a "caring" staff. Now days you are rushed in to see the doctor, you are limited to only 15 mins to discuss things with her and the staff is nearly rude. You feel like you're on a conveyor belt and they're trying to get as much product ("patients") in and out as they can. I spoke to the Office Manager about this and she didn't seem to care much. I was told since I was the "last appointment of the day" when I ma... read more

I'm pretty much over it. For the last 5+ years I have been trying to see 2 different kinds of specialists for two different issues. But due to regular moves, and scheduling issues I have been unable to do so. I finally wanted to get to a good doctor that would finally set me in the right direction, with no hesitation. Unfortunately... I was greeted with a "what the hell are you coming to me for?" attitude- she spent most of her time typing into a lap top, unless she was lightly sneering at me. Then she exasperatedly told me t... read more

Had my first appointment with her today. I found her to be very helpful and had a great bedside manner.

I've been going to this office since 1997; first with Dr. Gulizia who's passed on, and now with Dr. Eros. Dr. Eros is a pretty good doctor; she's been good with me, but the office management has gotten progressively worse over the last few years and now really stinks. This past week, I was on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up without having spoken to anyone. My second attempt a couple of days later resulted in a hold time of 17 minutes before I finally got to someone. They ended up not being very helpful at all frankly, a... read more

I rarely can get an appointment within a reasonable time. In fact, I don't think I've been able to see the dr. in a while and usually have to see the nurse practioner (who is very good). The office just seems to be too busy. Try calling to make an appointment and you will be on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes before talking to anyone. The dr. just isn't very personable and I've felt that I rarely get results on the first visit.
