Overall I think she's the best doctor I've had. I've been told that she used to be a nurse, that might explain her concern and patience with my husband and I. She's super thorough and takes her time with explaining everything. I feel very comfortable in her care. On the downside- her answering service is rude, but I've noticed that with almost all my doctors. I agree with others that the office isn't exactly impressive and the answering service leaves *much* to be desired. But Dr. Horah is thorough and very knowledgeable.
Very helpful with difficult problems. Her staff is also helpful, the only problem I see is the answering service, which doesn't always provide the best help.
Dr. Horah is very caring and thorough. I don't think her office is the nicest, but she makes up for it in the way she deals with her patients. She goes out of her way for us and makes us feel comfortable.
Christine is a good Dr. but her husband (office manager) was terse and rude to not only myself but others observed will waiting. Not a good situation....
She will explain things in a manner that is far from condescending. She seems to sincerely care for her patients.
