Dr. Fialkoff is a very fine dermatologist with a wonderful knowledge base and a sincere interest in her patients. She tries to give you as much time as you need but seems pressured to move on to her next patient. However, this seems to be medicine as practiced today. In any event, I would not trade her for any other dermatologist I have seen. Her partner, Dr. Bisaccia, is a skilled surgeon. very friendly staff. I see other postings and dont understand what the problem is. I have spoken to some of the nicest people at the office and when making my appointments. We must have called on different days!
Excellent diagnosis and treatment. Cleared up my problem in 10 days. Excellent follow up visit. Would recommend highly
Office staff is inefficient. DIfficult to get any information on biopsy results etc.
Dr. Fialkoff was one of the better dermatologists I've seen in NJ. She actually examines your skin closely and is relatively up to date on new procedures. However, she can be very rude and abrupt at times. She often seems very rushed and I got the feeling she just wanted to get me out and on to another patient. The office staff at this practice is the worst I've have ever dealt with. It can take up to a week to refill a prescription and they kept billing me for another patient. Many of them are extremely rude and abrasive.
Unbelievably difficult office staff-this is well known about the practice. Based on my disappointing experience and some feedback I got from another former patient, I decided to find a new derm.
