I went to dr failkoff. she was very rushed and noncaring. she performed minor surgery in her office and i was extremely dissatisfied. the office staff was not pleasent either.
I don't know about the other person, but I've been going here for over 15 years and have been very happy...She is very competent in looking for any sign of skin cancer( I had breast cancer and there is a link) Some of the staff are not the friendliest, true, but mostly they are. P.S. when I switched insurance 1 year and she was out-of-network, she worked with me.
Let me start by saying I never post bad reviews. Today we had one of the worst doctor experiences we ever had. My 5 year old son has very bad skin. In the summer it is real bad. My wife made an appointment today. Their office staff told us to go to one office when the appointment was at the other office. My wife got to the 2nd office, after their mistake, 20 minutes late... I would not let this person treat my dog. I went to her for 3 years and progressively got worse. Her staff, nurses are rude and she is not any better. I changed Doctors and within 2 months of treatment I was much better.WARNING stay away from this Doctor, she is a Quack!
Because she is the best, it is difficult to get an appointment without a long wait.
She's the best dermatologist I have seen -but very difficult to get an appointment with, so I hesitate to recommend her. I called in December and got an appointment in May for a body check.
Dr. Fialkoff is a wonderful clinician. I no longer use her because of repeated serious problems with the business office.
Dr. Cheryl Fialkoff is an efficient and kind physician. She found a cancerous growth on my husband during his yearly visit. I must mention that I disagree with the previous comment about the previous manager. She was an awful woman who harrassed my husband for money, even after we explained that we had many medical expenses and were unable to pay the money. The new manager (a gentleman) was much kinder and resolved the issue for us. He said he did not understand why we were responsible for the bill and it actually turned out... read more
