His nurse, Mirela Vila is worthless. She's very polite, if you can get her on the phone. I say if because you can call her and NEVER get a call back. At one point Chuck's wife, who answers the phones, said "She hasn't called you back yet?! I guess I am going to have to go over her head." I am a heart patient and I was on a medication that I was not tolerating at all and I had to call her for 6 months to get off of it.
