The billing department for Dr. Mccall was an absolute nightmare. After numerous calls back and forth between their office and United Health Care, our bill was paid. We were then balance billed for several hundred more dollars. United Health Care sent them multiple notices that this was in violation of Virginia Law (side bar- providers are required to bill according to the laws of the state in which the policy is written.
