Takes the time to listen as well as engage in problem solving.
I had a somewhat urgent issue and was pleased to get an appointment on short notice. Dr. Ward was quickly able to diagnose my issue. He also submitted a prescription to my pharmacy and I was able to pick up the medication on my way home. I was very thankful! Dr. Ward has been my doctor for a few years. I appreciate his broad knowledge and great bedside manner. The entire staff at the office is always pleasant and helpful!
