Doctor Rutter has been my physician and surgeon for many years. He performed several surgeries on me. He is a wonderful physician, warm and caring, which is quite unusual to find today. I have recommended him to family and friends and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic care.
Torn meniscus. Dr Rutter is very personable and professional. I have recommended him to numerous people.
