It was my first time with OSS and the whole practice seemed very efficient. It was impressive. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
He is always upbeat. He looks for the positive. Wants to make sure you do not suffer being in pain as much as is possible.
Dr. Rutter is an outstanding physician who also has a personal, one-on-one touch with his patient.

Dr. Rutter recommended an epidural for my chronic back pain. The procedure was performed yesterday and all went well.
Doctor Rutter has been my physician and surgeon for many years. He performed several surgeries on me. He is a wonderful physician, warm and caring, which is quite unusual to find today. I have recommended him to family and friends and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic care.
