Dr. Rutter was very attentive and listened. He provided an excellent service and treated my shoulder pain with the utmost professional care. After 2 weeks my pain is 100% gone.
He was direct and told me what the issue was
Follow up for pinched nerve. Dr Rutter I guess felt another surgery was to risky,he explained it weakens the spine more, so I guess we just ignore it..I had Sepsis and I guess under CHF I do agree I am at a risk.
Before even reviewing my labs and prior test results, Dr. Rutter, one of the owners of OSS, told me that an MRI will not show any causes for my mid back pain and said “Even if it did, there is nothing we can do for it.” Least compassionate ‘doctor’ that I have ever met. Stood there and watched me cry. I left feeling hopeless. He refused to investigate the problem at all. Will never return to support his company.
He took time to listen and explain.

The office seemed very organized. Dr. Rutter & staff polite & professional.
Dr. Rutter is understanding, patient, knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. He has been treating my back issues for many years now with much success. He has a kind and friendly demeanor with a good sense of humor. Couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else!
