Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them.

I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. Yes, and my child likes them Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health.
