Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Absolutely! Every parent in my community thinks very highly of them

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids. All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
