Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Absolutely! Every parent in my community thinks very highly of them Does this pediatrician use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? Not at all. They encouraged second opinions

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
