I have taken my son here for years and the staff and environment are amazing!!! Love dr cole
I like some of the nurse practitioners there but I think it's ridiculous if you want an appointment that you have to call between 830 and 9 the day of or they won't help you to have an appointment. Used to have great after hours but took those away too.
We have been patients for almost 17 years now. We see Dr. Cole and Albert. Great team from the office to the doctors. If there is ever poor service let her know, she really does care. You can call and leave a message for a call back. My kids have had several issues that required specialists and every referral she has made has been wonderful.
Dr. Cole is actually 10 Stars. I cannot say enough great things about Ms. Cole we have been seeing her for 10years now. Ms. Cole has always been absolutely wonderful with her diagnosis with both of my children and my children absolutely love Ms. Cole. I looked all over Dallas and Garland for a good Dr. I finally talked to another Dr. Mr. Adami and my Family have been GREATLY SATISFIED EVER SINCE! Robert Cannaday
The Drs are Great, however the front office staffing is HORRIBLE! they never pick up phones & if your kid is sick & the front room is completely full they don't care, & will make you & your sick child stand waiting for a seat to become available even tho they have a 2nd waiting room they could offer up.
