My daughter was a patient that hadn't been here for awhile, but they still had her on file when I called to see if I could get her in last minute for a sick visit. Although they didn't have any appointments available for the day, they did have walk-in afterhours after 5pm! We were seen quickly, and even with self-pay it was cheaper than CareNow or Minute Clinic with MUCH better service. The doctors and nurses here are caring and the atmosphere is great for kids! Dr. Cole is the best. Shes taken care of my Son ever since birth 8 yrs ago. The only negative is that since she started accepting medicaid, the office is so busy and full the wait time is bad and office full. I want to change but she has the office hours that fall into us working peoples schedule and so that we dont have to take our children to the emergency room when its not necessary.
