I've been going to Dr carla coles office for several years. Anytime I call, they are always able to get my child in same day. The male practioner is wonderful with kids! They are all great though!!
My family LOVES Dr. Cole. We have been going to her for 18 years. I trust her with my kids. She's a great doctor and a great person. I love her staff. Especially Latisha and Charity. They have been with her for the long haul. My family wouldn't know what to do without them.
RecommendedMy kids have been going here for a few years now and they're usually pretty quick and friendly with my babies. They don't like the doctors office but they love going here together!🥰
Carla Cole was rude with no patience but the male doctor is wonderful
Doctor is great however Staff is horrible. The wait time is LONG very long with or without appointment and the staff does a horibble job calling in medication. They have refused to call in a refill because they didn't obtain the correct amount and I refused to pay any more until I checked with my insurance company. HORRIBLE
The wait is long even with an appt. the staff is not on top of anything then calls and tells patients what Their responsibilities are!! unprofessional service is getting worse
I have been going to see Doctor Carla Cole for 15years for my children even tho we move far away from where she is. I never once had any issues at all with anything the staff are always very polite. insurance, the office moving Not one thing. I count my blessings that I HAVE THIS AMAZING DOCTOR & PERSON TO TAKE MY CHILDREN TO WHEN THEY ARE ILL. in there time of need. THANK YOU PEDIATRICIAN DOCTOR Ms. CARLA COLE
I actually Love Dr.Cole, She Is An Extremely Great Doctor. My Son Is Sick And The Office Manager refused to see him, Because he had a previous Balance on his Account. We Have NEVER before had a Balance, And were going to Pay in full today for them to see him. They turned my SICK child Away. I believe that ever case Is DIFFERENT, And Also believe had Dr. Cole been there today, This would not have happened. Balance is 75$ BC of a change in Insurance that we recently just found out about.
