Dr. Closson & staff are wonderful! There's never a long wait with follow-up or procedure appointments. Everyone is always very friendly, & helpful. Dr. Closson is outstanding! He's approachable, friendly & truly cares! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I felt wonderful the day after my procedure, I didn't even have soreness at the injection site. He's the best!
I have been seeing Doctor Closson for years now and he has always been great to me. He always listens and makes me feel very well cared for. I appreciate the less invasive approach to my care.
I've always received excellent care. Dr. Closson along with the staff are amazing! Dr. Closson is the only doctor who's given me relief from my chronic pain, he truly cares about all of his patients! I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are always very friendly and understanding. The office is welcoming & very clean!
The Bowie Office Staff, medical assistants, registered Nurse, and Dr. Colosson are not only professional but friendly. Also, they will gladly answer your medical procedure questions. Given that I'm a worker's comp patient who has had numerous response/authorization issues, the Insurance has been diligent and assertive in getting my authorizations. Good team/office; they all deserve either a raise or bonous.
This office requires that you be at least 15 minutes early to your appointment, 30 minutes for a new patient, or they consider you late and have the option to not see you. That would be fine if you didn't wait 30-45 minutes after your actual appointment time to be seen. The doctor is the best I've seen when it comes to knowledge of painful conditions and he takes his time to go over every option with explanation. The staff though is the complete opposite. Dr. Closson is a awsome calm doctor that listens to its patients, but on the other hand the staff needs help. The communication is the worst, meaning when a re-fill is needed the caller just transfer you to a voicemail to leave a message for a return call within 24 hours (not good when your in pain ). Also, the office due quartly drug test to see what other drugs are in you system.
