I am very pleased with this practice because I am not just a patient, I feel very important and my concerns and needs are carefully addressed. The staff is wonderful, hopefully they will remain and I will continue to get the excellent service I am now receiving. Thank you very much for caring for me.
I appreciate the quality of care I've received at this clinic, and I have taken note of how much improved the performance of the staff is from my earliest visits several years ago. I have never had a reason to be dissatisfied with the physician, Dr. Closson, quite the contrary. Dr. Closson is skilled, competent, and on a personal level reassuring and approachable; but not in every case has the doctor been well served by the support staff in the past. Dr. Closson took the time to listen to my issue's. He gave me options for treatment. I was not treated like all I wanted was medication. I was treated like a human being. Very kind and considerate doctor.
The entire staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Closson and CRNP Harrison are willing to listen attentively to my issues. I love the fact that they try less intrusive methods of treatment before jumping to surgery or other more intrusive methods. The entire staff is willing to help in any way that they can. Dr. Closson was very nice. He spent a nice amount of time listening to me. He even explained everything that he thought was causing my pain and what he planned on doing to correct the problem. Everyone in the office was very nice. Quinten was exceptional in getting me registered.
Office staff and doctor were very courteous and helpful.
I have some ongoing chronic conditions that Dr. Closson and his staff are also treating while showing me how to use the proper pain management tools to assist me with manageing my own pain.
The Bowie staff at The National Pain and Spine Centers are awesome, and some of the best people overall. Not only are they completely professional at their jobs, the entire staff treats you just as if you were family. I would highly recommend them to any and all people whom I know as well as who I may come in to contact with, that have any kind of joint and spinal pain. GREAT PLACE & STAFF... ;-)
