My wife warned me this guy would run late.... but after waiting over 1/2 hour past my appointment time in a cramped, jam-packed room next to Costco's pizza & hotdog booth, the next patient called was not me - it was another lady waiting in line before me! Completely unprofessional. If you can't manage your own time and respect other's as well, I don't want you screwing around with something as important as my eyes.
