Staff members need to be more patient and listen more carefully to what the patient is informing them of. They choose to do this job to help people. I didn’t choose this profession for them they chose this profession. P.S. I’ve been trying to call the doctor office for a half hour and all I get is a busy signal. At least have a message that your out to lunch.
Very knowledgeable. Genuinely interested in the health and wellbeing of his patients. Front staff can use some help and can be bit more polished.
Been going to Dr Higgins last six months Every time I went to see him, he didn't take me seriously. He always gave me this feeling like he needs me as a patient like a hole in the head. No pun intended. It always felt like he's not looking to kill himself with patients especially someone like me with multiple health issues. Referral s were hit or miss I always had to call the office. His nurse is a cold fish, his office manager doesn't follow up for you.
