The worst part about this office is the last Rosa at the front desk and her horrible rude attitude. They never answer the phones, and never get things done accordingly!!
W hen a patient goes to a Dr, they expect you to make a diagnosis based on your own assessment not on their own recommendations or self assessment. To insist on medication in order to justify short term disability is ridiculous. Dr Aziz showed no emotional empathy for my situation and quite frankly acted like my being there was a waste of her time. Still in your office and ask your assistants to ask you a question and you’re insisting I book a second appointment when my full 40mins wasn’t used.
I really like Dr Aziz, but the thought of having to deal with her office manage sends me into an anxiety attack that makes it necessary for me to find another psychiatrist.
Dr. Aziz has been my psychiatrist since January 2018. She has helped me tremendously. You talk to her honestly about your issues and how you feel. She knows pharmacology better than any Dr. That has ever treated me. I am feeling well and doing tremendously better than I was 6 months ago.
Would recommend to flush $200 down the toilet and self diagnose online before recommending Ms. Aziz.
I noticed right away that the office is quite small and you can hear every single word patients are saying from the waiting room. Was pretty uncomfortable about that, but had already paid so powered through. When she finally brought my daughter back for her appointment (20 minutes late) she did not put me or my daughter at ease at all. Her cell phone ringer was on and she kept getting text messages and answering them while we were sitting there. She explained that it was a client, which I found
She are not knowledgable enough to be a doctor, her diagnose was totally against all my previous psychiatrists and she insisted on letting me taper off the medications I'm comfortable with and have been taking for years . And also convinced me try some other medications though I told her NO!and she had bad manners that she discriminated me by my appearance ,she said I must not have the problems I described because my appearance doesn't look like. I feel very humiliated.
