She apparently merged with this Kinghaven Counseling in Houston and they threw my son and I in with a NP that told us that she was sending in our prescriptions. My son never received his Xanax and then they told us they don't prescribe Xanax. After 20 calls and promises of getting it filled, he has gone 4 days without it. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, go to this group. They are awful!!!

I was treated by Dr Aziz once then saw only her nurse practitioner after that. I attempted to reschedule a virtual appointment and get refills on the medications I was taking and was told if I cancelled the appointment they would not refill the prescriptions nor would they reschedule the appointment in time before my medications ran out. Any doctor that would let a psychiatric patient run out of medication does not deserve to claim they uphold the Hippocratic Oath.

Dr. Aziz helped treat me while I was in in-patient care. I enjoyed her so much that I decided to continue seeing her. BIG mistake. Not only was I pushed off to the NP's but they never returned my calls, missed appointments, did not bill me correctly, and never gave me a letter to make my dog an emotional support pet. I am so disappointed by the lack of care I have received from Dr. Aziz's office, and am happily looking for another doctor to see.

The front office staff is absolutely rude. Poor customer service especially from Rosa. I've seen the doctor 1 time out of all the visits I've had. My issues have not been resolved. Calls are not returned and how can they miss appointments. I would not refer anyone to this office.

If I could report Dr. Aziz to have her license taken I would. I have called this office numerous times for paperwork for my employer and for prescriptions yet no calls back. Her staff members are never in the office and the voicemail is always full. They offer remote appointments but never on time and will take copayment ahead of time. WORSE OFFICE EVER.

I have had a very mixed experience with this office. The front office staff are disorganized and sometimes impolite. But Dr. Aziz and the practitioners I have seen have been great. They are currently offering phone call appointments, but there is VERY little information about this. I called and left messages three times trying to get information about my scheduled appointment, and then 30 minutes before my appointment, I got a call with no caller ID and it was one of the practitioners to do my appointment. Im so disappointed with the way they run their office. Dr. Aziz is awesome, I enjoy seeing her and she has helped me tremendously but she needs a new staff. During this quarantine I have called the office multiple times to set up a telemedicine appointment. I always get the voicemail and the voicemail states they are taking patient and literally tells you to call the exact same number THAT THEY CONTINUE NOT TO PICK UP. Its beyond unprofessional. The receptionist is very rude. No privacy when handling business. The office is right next to the waiting area and the door is kept open. They don’t tell you about any fees until after your visit and expect you to just pay. It’s bad enough we are suffering from mental illness and you want us to stress about paying you as well. It’s a mess.
