The worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office. You and your child are just a number to this doctors office. You would be hard pressed to find an office with a more rude/lazy staff. Nurse Donna is by far the most unprofessional nurse i've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I DO NOT recommend this dr. and most of all the unprofessional staff. ZERO STARS!!
Dr. Ledbetter is inconsiderate and dose not pay attention to details. He was also very unprofessional. He seems nice but he angers easily and then blamed me and refused to do a small procedure on my teenage doctor or give me the results of her blood work. He is not kind and dose not listen well. He will make come to his office and pay a co-pay for each minor issue you have. He is rude and I will never return. EVER
I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Led better himself but I have had nothing but bad experiences with his staff which make the entire experience truly terrible. The nurses are completely rude and unprofessional every time I have gone there. The front desk has absolutely no idea what's going on and there is zero communication. I do not recommend this practice.
