I love coming to this office! Dr. Ledbetter hands down has the nicest nursing staff. They all treat you like you are their family. Every time I come in they ask about not only my personal health but they ask how my family is doing as well. Dr. Ledbetter never rushes out he always takes the time to talk to me and assure me of what is going on with my health. Our family loves Kings Court Medicine.
I agree with the statements below. Every single little thing requires an office visit. I have anxiety already when it comes to medical stuff and they drew bloodwork for me and my boyfriend before all the holidays. I patiently waited for my appointment to find out all the results, which I had to schedule a separate appointment for and pay another copay just to have them tell me I owed more money or I wouldn't get my results. Unprofessional and rude staff. Doesn't care.
Dr. Ledbetter is a very nice man. He always takes his time and makes me fell like I am important to him. Also his staff is very nice and take time to say hello and ask about my day.
Dr. Ledbetter saved my daughters life, he found her cardiomyopathy and I will never forget that! He is the most caring Dr. I have ever met. My daughter may not be here today if he wasn't so thorough with his patients!!
Dr. Ledbetter really takes the time to listen , even when there is a lobby full of patients. I never feel rushed .
When I first started seeing him I didn't have any issues. I always got in the same day or next day. Even as a new patient I got a same day appt. I like Dr. Ledbetter. He always listened to what I had to say but didn't always take me serious. I took my children in for vaccines recently and they refused to give my daughter what she needed. They only wanted to do 1 and have me come back for the rest. I always had to wait for 2+ hours to see the doctor and the staff is rude and careless.
Dr. Ledbetter actually takes the time to listen to you, unlike so many other doctors who just want to prescribe you medicine and get you out the door. I'm so glad I discovered his office! I tell all my friends to go see him!
This is a terrible doctor who is clearly only about money. He creates erroneous charges for extra appointments. He sent my wife for a couple experimental procedures, when it turned out there was nothing wrong with her. He also likes to claim he is out of immunizations so he can charge for a second appointment. His scheduling is also terrible as we've had to wait over an hour and a half on several occasions. Don't trust this doctor.
Dr. Ledbetter goes above and beyond for his patients. I had an emergency at 3am and called his office thinking I'd get an answering service. Instead Dr. Ledbetter picked up! He advised me what to do and the whole situation was much less stressful because I was able to talk to him immediately. I asked him later why he picked up and he said because he's Independant, he chooses to be on-call 24/7. I highly recommend this doctor!
