Dr. Springer replaced both my knees in Dec 2019. It was a rough recovery but well worth it now, 13months later. Dr Springer did an amazing job and I have no complications. I would not let anyone else perform this surgery! Dr. Springer is the best!
I would most certainly recommend Dr Springer! I have seen him in the past and again recently for knee problems. I am so pleased as well as my husband with the care we have received! He takes the time to explain and answer any questions and is very thorough! My husband had knee implants 7 years ago and has not had any problems at all! We highly recommend him !
A great surgeon is one who sees you through a surgery that doesn't go as expected despite his excellent skills. Dr. Springer has seen me through my 2nd knee replacement which was far from the conventional ease of the first due to complications of an old ligament repair. His compassion and unending desire to get the healing complete got me through. He and his team were always there for me. So very grateful!
Dr Springer told me what I should be experiencing with my knee after replacement 4 months ago and answered all my question. He did not rush and spent what ever time was needed. I came out of visit satisfied my knee was healing properly

I was in for a follow up on my hip replacement. All is right and well with everything to do with my hip. I have been Very Pleased with the whole OrthoCarolina team since the interview in July and surgery in August of 2019. Dr.. Springer knows his stuff... and... he works with patients Very Well. I am Very Glad that I was referred to him and that he made himself available for me.
I had a total right hip replacement, I feel great!!! No rehab at all. I did my exercise as I was instructed honestly I was down about a week.
