Dr. Bryan Springer is a gift from God! An extremely gifted surgeon with the kindness and patience of a saint to deal with someone petrified of doctors and hospitals like myself. I was in the hospital three days of my own choosing because after full knee replacement surgery I did not want to burden my family. He visited me everyday. If you need knee surgery and you are fortunate enough to get an appointment with him you will be in the best of hands possible! Thank you Dr.Springer!
Dr. Springer did my knee replacement. I had put the surgery off for years until I meet him. I felt at ease speaking with him. He really listens and answer all your questions. He is a excellent doctor. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

For 10 years of both of my knees steadily declined. I had gone to a doctor for years who refused to operate because I was too young. I moved to Charlotte 3 years ago, and I am so grateful I found Dr. Springer. He was patient and really listened to the issues I was having, and discovered I was literally bone-on-bone.
