The staff was amazing, the waiting time was less than 5 minutes, they took xrays of my hand, and I only waited 5 minutes for Dr. Ficke, who listened carefully and immediately diagnosed a trigger finger on my right hand, and trigger thumb on my left hand that was causing severe pain in my wrist. I had three steroid shots and it didnt feel great, but the freezing spray while he was injecting made it tolerable, and it was quick! Professional, appropriate listening , knowledgeable, review of X-ray, positive diagnosis and plan of treatment
Visited due to severe hand pain. Dr. was very thorough and diagnosed the issue quickly.
This was the fourth surgery Dr. Ficke has performed on my hands ( all for unrelated reasons) Honestly, there is nobody I trust more regarding my hands. Perfect results with no complications.
Dr. Ficke and his staff were so welcoming and professional. They got me in and out in no time, but it never felt like they were rushing, just efficient. I would gladly go back to his office again if I ever need orthopedic care again.
Very little wait time; he knew exactly the problem and it was addressed.
Setting up an appt was simple. I saw Dr Ficke within minutes of being called. He quickly diagnosed my finger and provided treatment. It all took 15 minutes in total.
Dr. Ficke and his nurse were excellent. Professional, efficient, respectful, explanatory, humble, amiable. He listened, qualified symptoms and severity, used metaphor to explain condition, confirmed with physical touch. Just unbelievably professional, trustworthy, kind. My thumb feels great, and I feel great about giving my business to a team like his.
Just had my second carpal tunnel release surgery by Dr Ficke. I find him very competent and engaging. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ficke.
