We love Dr Koetter and even drive an hour to still see her!
I have major dental issues and have been to many dentist through the years. I have been trying to find the "one" that makes me feel comfortable & seems to truly care about me as a patient and my dental phobia. Dr Koetter is the ONE! I have truly found my dentist after 50 years of searching. I am not just a number, and as someone else stated she took the time to explain all of the options and cost. She is very knowledgeable, caring & professional! Thank you Dr. Koetter!
This office is very professional and very qualified. Dr. Koetter gave me choices of what I should do as my mouth is a disaster. Then, she recommended what she would do if it were her mouth. I appreciated the honesty and it wasn't the most expensive option either! Great to have honesty back in the world! I was so pleased, I switched my whole family.
Small hands, good quality for a dentist. Staff is helpful. Best technique and up to date equipment.

I love this office! Punctual and does great work! I am a stay at home mom and my whole family loves her. Money is tight right now and she was honest about what I needed. Not like the others I have been to so I really appreciate that. She has our family as patients for life!
Not sure what other people are talking about in the other reviews. This office is extremely punctual and the staff is great! This office was recommended to me by co-workers and my family is very happy. My 2 kids, ages 5 and 8, love Dr. Koetter and my kids told me they can't feel any of the shots! How great that they are not scared of the dentist. I highly recommend this office! See for yourself
Had two crowns break and every filling she did had come out, one has come out twice. When first filling was fixed I was still charged forty dollars for an "office visit"
She did minimum quality work. Her dental assistant did mediocre work and was not very nice. The dental assistant put a temporary crown on crooked which left me with a gap. It was obvious she was upset that I asked to have it fixed. When the dentist put the crown it it is bigger than the same tooth on the other side, it is pushing on the teeth beside it, it catches on my bottom teeth, and is to long. When I asked her to fix it, she said it is made as a perfect tooth and she didn't want to change it even though it is was wrong... read more
