I have been going to this Dr since 2016 on average of 2 times a year and only met the Dr on initial visit after that except to only see his P.A. today I had a 1:45 appointment and I arrived at 1:40. I signed the last slot on the sign in sheet and 2 others followed, 1 I heard him yell receptionist he was there to see Dr. Polner and he got in to see him before me. I have been taking my grandparents here for over 15 years and everything has changed terribly.They are very messy and there is no communication and they truly make you understand that they don’t care about you. I was understanding that sometimes things happen and mistakes can happen but this is very repetitive. They never informed us they did not clear my grandfather for his procedure until we showed up to the surgical center and the specialist was ready to perform the procedure. Called for 2 days trying to speak with the physician to address my father's nausea and other serious ongoing concerns. All he did was have a secretary call and tell me to have my father see a gastroenterologist. At this point my dad will have to wait at least 6 weeks for a GI appointment. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS DOCTOR! HE ONLY SEES PATIENTS ONCE A WEEK, HE IS USELESS AND ONLY REFERS PATIENTS TO SPECIAISTS WITH NO REGARD TO THE PATIENT'S WELL BEING!!!
