Pleasant, informative, supportive. I have learned a lot about caring for me kidneys from him and the staff at Genesis.
Dr. Dicks was hard to reach. He was always in a rush. He gave me vague or meaningless answers to my questions. He did not do post-op check after my procedure (not there in post-op and never called to followup). He told me to come to his office on Friday after procedure to remove drainage tube, but his office never called to set appointment or returned my call immediately after the procedure to make an appointment.
