I finally got an appt in his office 17 days after being diagnosed with an 8mm obstructing kidney stone and having a stent placed in my kidney in the emergency room. My primary care referral was marked urgent yet it took nearly 2 weeks and many calls to get the appointment. This is not the Drs fault, it is the staff who fails to show any sense of urgency or compassion for patients in pain. Dr. Eisenberg is one of the nicest and knowledgeable physicians in this field. Don't go to him. He screwed up my fiance. He put a stent in him with another already in there and crushed up more stones. He could not get the 1st stent out though it got smashed. My fiance had hole in his kidney due to stent being put in wrong. by this Dr. He had a blood clot andMy fiance had to be admitted as urine not flowing also plus has had infection since this procedure even though on antibiotics. Stents are a big problem.Uretha was failing and one kidney failing. He had to have another catheter put in side of kidney.... read more
