He is unethical, not equipped to do full mouth restorations, administrated Nitrous Oxide and I quit breathing. Very unprofessional and irresponsible in being accountable for the mistake they have made. Dr. Turley left a piece of his drill in my mother's mouth and now she is left to find a oral surgeon to have it removed. Getting a referral to a oral surgeon that is qualified and able to do this surgery is almost impossible. Oral infections can be very scary and life threatening. If I could zero stars I would do so.
