Absolutely wonderful! Staff was super helpful through the entire process, from insurance questions to X-ray questions. Thank you for all your patience and kindness. Dr.s bedside manner was great took the time to explain the entire process to me step by step. The front office explained my payment options and insurance benefits. Finally excited about going to the dentist and smiling again!!!!
He is unethical, not equipped to do full mouth restorations, administrated Nitrous Oxide and I quit breathing. My husband was beside me and alerted them because he didn’t notice & wasn’t monitoring my vital signs. I started having seizures. Paramedics were called & I ingested 5cm of temporary crown material during that time & required an open abdominal surgery to remove it from my upper intestines. The WORST experience! Very unprofessional and irresponsible in being accountable for the mistake they have made. Dr. Turley left a piece of his drill in my mother's mouth and now she is left to find a oral surgeon to have it removed. Getting a referral to a oral surgeon that is qualified and able to do this surgery is almost impossible. Oral infections can be very scary and life threatening. If I could zero stars I would do so.
