The staff at Dr. Bob's dental office on William st in Cheektowaga get a 5 star from me. Each checkup I have the entire staff are friendly, helpful and answer questions I may have. Not only do I enter the office with a smile I leave with one too.
First class treatment as usual, extremely friendly and understanding towards anxiety’s you may have towards going to the dentist office. They don’t rush you in and out, they go above and beyond towards your comfort!
I will always actually like going to the dentist, as long as it's Dr. Bobs. The dentist takes his time and puts the patient's best interest into motion. The staff goes above and beyond to help you out like that always have for me. The dental assistants are so nice and laid back..they make you feel comfortable... it's like a giant family!
Wow ! I am blown away by the service and kindness I experienced during my first visit today! Everyone from the reception, to hygienist, to the DDS!!! I am so relieved I found such a great office and can relax knowing I’m in good hands ! Thank you so much Dr Bobs Dental Care !!!! :)
