Before I went to my first appointment at Dr. Bob's I had a very unpleasant experience at another dentist. Because of that I was very nervous to go to another one. That was until I went to this place. I went to the location on William street in Cheektowaga. The Office Manager Courtenay was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and truly cared about my concerns. My son needed a broken filling repaired and I called on a frantic Monday morning to seek an appointment. Courtenay, the office manager at the William Street location fit us in the same afternoon for a consultation to determine a proper treatment plan. I am beyond grateful and pleasantly surprised on the kindness/service that I received. At the time that I went in, I was not a patient, they were able to find time for me to not only be seen but have my issue rectified all in the same day! What is even more important to me is how I was treated by both the receptionist and doctor. This visit is 5-stars!
I went to Dr Bob’s for the first time yesterday, this was the first time in a long time of going to a dentist. I was extremely nervous and scared, due to past experiences with other dentists. The usual smell of antiseptic wasn’t there and the feel of the atmosphere was calming. From checking in, to scheduling my next appointment I knew that I had made the right choice for me to come to Dr Bob’s for myself and my husband. For the first time in my life I am not scared to go back to the dentist!
Fast professional courteous service
Was very pleased with how the staff treated me with my teeth. Explained what to do about my broken tooth. They were very gentle with me when doing the cleaning.
Staff was friendly, helpful and social. Love the interaction and how they make you feel comfortable.
Been going there for a couple of years now & everyone there treats you very nice & are kind! (Very important) They are very professional & know what they are doing. I have never had any pain when they have done something from pulling a tooth to a cleaning. The dentists there are the best, I trust them with my teeth. The girls are all great. Overall a great place!
Friendly staff made my visit very enjoyable.
