Dr. Kelley misdiagnosed me as bipolar without an assessment, which is quite a serious diagnosis, forced me to weigh myself before every session despite me crying in front of her, telling her that I was trying to recover from an eating disorder, and weighing myself is very upsetting for me. My first impression of Dr. Bobbe Kelley was wonderful! I had an on-line Zoom visit with her, an hour or so long intake interview. I found her very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and I felt like I could be honest and not judged. I am confident we will have a great Dr. /Patient relationship.
Dr. Kelley yelled at me regularly during my visits because I left home at 18 to pursue higher education at Michigan State University. She told me to stop attending school and move back home because my mother had been complaining about me to her. I started seeing Dr. Kelley because I had been attacked at work and was suffering depression from it.
