When we had our first visit with Dr.Modi, we were very impressed. This was our first visit and we had a lot of questions concerning my husband's diagnosis and plan of treatment. Our daughter-in-law (who is a RN at Cook Children's) wanted to be a part of the initial conversation. Dr. Modi was very open to talking to her on the phone as well as my husband and me and was very curteous to all of us. Dr. Modi is very busy but he will take time to answer and questions or concerns you have in regards to your treatment. He's professional and very nice and patient.

Very through and personable. Makes sure that everything is good and make you feel as though you are the only patient. Addresses your concerns and any issues that are brought up. Treatment path was apparently the correct one, and I never had any nausea during chemo!
Dr. Modi is a great doctor! He is professional and explains everything that has to do with my illness. He takes his time to listen to my concerns, discusses different medications with me, and goes beyond to give me hope. Dr. Modi is my HERO.
Dr. Modi is an experienced hematologist/oncologist. He is very thorough, professional, helpful, kind, and concerned for the patient. The visits are quick when possible and more lengthy as needed. He takes time to explain and answer questions. Nurse Laura is an integral part of his team and will contribute, always with a smile.
