Picking a doctor is hard, and it's worse when it's not just a primary to get your cholesterol checked....especially if its something like the big C word. I had the big C and I trusted Dr Das, and I was duly impressed. He is professional, kind, funny, and very very intelligent. I was grateful for his kindness and moreso his expertise.
IN the biggest fight of my life, Dr Das took me to battle with confidence. My wife is a breast cancer survivor and I survived colon cancer thanks to him. He has great decision-making, clinical judgment, and you might guess that Im a surgical nurse by what I said.
After falling for fake reviews online about another colorectal surgeon, I went for a second opinion with Dr Das, and I am so glad I did. I am a woman's healthcare advocate, and I am tired of women taking a backseat to men when it comes to health care. Not with Dr Das! He handled everything directly, compassionately, and with utmost privacy -- instead of a big team of faceless white coats, Dr Das talks to you, examines you, all with just his female assistant. No fake doctors or residents
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great doctor!
We get our routine colonoscopies from Dr Das, and we feel very much at ease in his care. He was thoughtful and discussed our "path reports" with us directly so there was no mistaking the issues
Don’t go to Dr. Das. He arrived two hours late for colonoscopy and hurriedly said he would not be there when I woke up because he had another hospital to get to. He said To make an appointment to get procedure results. A week later. Dr. Das said I needed to have another colonoscopy in 6 months. He was vague and spoke quickly. He had found two polyps and removed them. Said he did not have lab results. Did not suspect cancer. I was never able to get lab results from him or his office.
Worked all night on my Dad and we got great news!! He is so young but works like the pro he is. He was more concerned about my Dad's safety than other doctors were. I felt that he took precautions and listened to us when the other doctors on Dad's case didnt.
Dr Das is awesome. Great credentials - Harvard! and it shows. He walked us along and took us on a journey of this thoughts as he diagnosed and took care of my mom. He took care of my mom who had diverticulitis and a fistula. We were very pleased and would name him the best doctor, and my wife and I have had colonoscopies with him because we consider him one of our family caretakers.
I was referred by my OB/Gyn. Dr. Das is very intelligent professional and kind. On my initial visit he covered colon concerns, and each time I saw him his expertise stood out. He checked in with me pre-op and post-op and spent a great deal of time making sure my hospital stay was perfect. In comparison to my research on procedural expectations, I am very happy with my experience and would recommend Dr. Das to any member of my family or my friends.
