Someone who actually listens and doesn't rush you to the surgery. It is so hard nowadays to find a doctor that really cares and worries for his patients. One of the best doctors I've had a chance to come across and a great surgeon as well!
Awesome surgeon!!! Super friendly and make you feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Das is a great doctor, very confident in what he is doing. Before my surgery he was making jokes & made me feel at ease. I was up & out of bed two hours after diverticulitis surgery & had very little discomfort. Even the hospital nurses gave me great feed back about him and said he always pushed for quality.
You will not find a better surgeon in Houston than Dr. Das. His staff is amazing. Mayela and Victoria are responsive, caring, and reflect Dr. Das' amazing bedside manner. When I had my surgery, Dr. Das' nurses took care of me great! They actually told me that Dr Das would not allow any issues or errors. I am so impressed, and Dr Das should go down in the record books as one of the best.
Dr. Bidhan Das is an outstanding!!!!!! surgeon. He has excellent bed side manners, cares for his patients' well being and makes sure he has explained the procedure to the patients understanding leaving no questions unanswered. He has an excellent staff; attentive and courteous. I will certainly recommend him to my family, and my mother was also operated on him after I was.
Dr Das is truly one of a kind. I am extremely protective of my parents and when he did my Dad’s colon surgery, I knew my Dad was in good hands. He even called the next day to check on him. He was so kind and completely down to earth. My Dad recovered so fast after surgery that even our GI doctor was shocked but then said "I'm not surprised". We think that is a testamint to Dr Das.
Best ever I experienced. Great patient/family relationship. Made a stressful situation bearable by outstanding personal relationships and TOP DOC medical skills.

I had to have emergency surgery and I am so glad I had her as my doctor. He is very articulate,knowledgable and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is a doctor that talks to you like a real person not just a patient. He was also fantastic with my family (Keeping them informed). I just can't say enough good things about him .I would highly recommend him to everyone. Wish there were more doc's like him.
The best of the best! Smart, patient and answers every question. Accomodated my schedule for surgery and I trust him completely. This is too important to quibble about punctuality when other patients may be having emergencies. When it is your turn he gives undivided, laser attention.
