I had my colonoscopy on Feb14th. I came with my family from San Antonio to see Dr.Das for consultation and followed by procedure after 2 weeks. Very professional, intelligent, caring and kept it easy and simple. He gave us convenient schedule and explained the procedure. He took time to talk to my family about procedure results. He has a great staff who is very prompt and helpful. Most important, he has compassion, empathy and a nice person. Thank you so much Dr. Das.
I had a colon resection by Dr Das several weeks ago. Before the surgery they said that I would probably take 40 hours in the hospital recovering. The surgery lasted almost 5 hours and by the next evening I was cleared to go home. The nurses were amazed at the speedy recovery. Dr Das does not use opioid medications after surgery saying it will prolong the recovery process. I was feeling very good when I was released and two weeks later ahead on the road to recovery. Dr Das did excellent work.
Recently moved from UK. Outstanding experience with Dr Das, straight to the point, but warm . Took his time with me and solved my issues. Highly recommend

Great surgeon. actually helpful!!. No B.S. I saw another colonrectal surgeon who spent the entire visit telling me how famous he was . This guy is straight to the point solving problems with knowledge and compassion . Thanks to Dr Das and his staff .
Dr Das is not just a great surgeon, he is an incredible human being. Dr Das is extremely knowledgeable and a perfectionist. Yes, the appointments might be delayed, but I'm always happy to wait -- he is helping some else the same way he helped me when I went for a consultation for my colon cancer. I asked him if he could fit me into the busy surgery schedule, and after wroking with his staff a few minutes later they said YES This is the type of caring I would want.
I was very happy with this doctor he is very compassionate and treated my mother as if it was his.
