I’m so glad I found Dr Bhakta! He doesn’t dismiss my pain and treat me like a drug seeker as many other doctors have in the past. He listens and cares about the outcome of your treatments. All of the Staff are very nice and helpful. I am a complicated patient with all my medical issues but I’ve never felt uncomfortable talking about my needs with him, It’s hard to find a good doctor who cares and understands and don’t place every patient in the same box, I highly recommend him if you have Pain Management needs. Very caring and thorough. He is very realistic in his expectations and very honest. He takes time to listen and I have never felt rushed, and answers all questions. He also is willing to try new things if he thinks you will benefit. Highly recommend!
I was about to move to California so I saw him one last time before I left... the receptionist said I had overpaid last time and there was no copay. 7 years later I move back and I am now banned for life because there was this magical outstanding balance! A balance I was told that never existed on my last visit. I even said I’d pay the balance but that’s no good. So they care about money rather than helping others. Stay away from them!
Exceptional, highly recommended. Sent reports to all other treating doctors, and they commented on the quality of his attention to detail (never had that happen before).
