My husband had a series of 6 surgeries to reconstruct his nose (during covid!), after losing half of it to a basal cell carcinoma tumor removed by his dermatologist using a MOHS procedure. A life saver! Great doctor! Highly recommend! We feel so fortunate to have been referred to Dr Benson Pulikkottil and his team at the Burn and Reconstructive Center connected to Swedish Hospital in Denver! While on vacation in Wyoming, my husband was severely burned in a propane flash fire that burned his face, hands, lower legs and feet. I had a terrific experience with Dr. Pulikkottil and his associates. I had surgery to reconstruct the back of my head after removal and radiation treatments of a skin cancer spot left a 3-4 inch opening in the scalp and skull bone. He, Petery Syre (neurosurgeon who performed the craniotomy and cranioplasty), and Dr. Lily Daniali, his associate, provided excellent service. Dr Benson Pulikkottil is a compassionate and intelligent doctor whose passion and dedication to his field is evident in his work. Dr Benson treated our son and we would go back to him anytime.
There were two days which changed my life. The day I was in my car accident and suffered a crippling injury to my hand, and the day I met Dr Pulikkottil. I had lost all faith in regaining my function, but he told me that there was always hope. Today, I am back playing sports with my kids and it’s all thanks to Dr Benson. Thank you!!!
I was in a bad electric scooter accident and scraped my face, shoulder and hand really bad my glasses even split the bridge of my nose open. I needed grafts on all my wounds. I'm left with no scabs or scars on my face thanks to this amazing man. It was a very traumatic experience for me, but Dr Pulikkottil made my pain manageable and he was very caring from the beginning you don't get that from a lot of doctors. Dr.Pulikottil and Dr.Danali did a fantastic job helping surgically fix my leg after a painful neuroma started to form. Before the surgery they explained everything in a comforting manner, and I felt confident going into surgery that I had made the right decision. The team did a wonderful job on the surgery and the closure looks fantastic. I’m enjoying being able to be active without pain again. Great and talented group !
